Sustainable Industrial Urbanism

In order to sustain the making art and its industrial manufacturers in Long Island City, we could look towards merging the two as a system to sustain each other in business and culture. The strategy creates a new urban metabolic instrument in 2050's context to help face future challenges: water, density, material, energy, and culture. Thus, art space is exchangable as industrial space and a new living urban cultural infrastructure is created.
